If you want to make the best tasting, easiest, most crowd pleasing Thanksgiving dessert, look no further! This is the BEST dessert ever. Drumroll…..Pumpkin Dump Cake. All you have to do is dump everything in a pan and you’re set!

Pumpkin Dump Cake (printable recipe below)

Ingredients:

1 29 oz can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
3 /4 cup melted butter
Optional: pecans

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the pumpkin through eggs in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the cake mix on top. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix. Sprinkle pecans on top, if desired. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.

Eat. Eat it all. By yourself. Be thankful that you have a whole cake by yourself!! (Not really.)
