Mocha Chocolate Mousse

So yummy and so quick to make! This dessert did not last long and it felt a teeny, tiny bit healthier than a normal dessert because of all the fresh strawberries. You have to try the mocha chocolate mousse! (After you eat your veggies, of course!) Printable recipe at bottom of page.

 

 

Mocha Chocolate Mousse

Grocery List:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk (or chocolate milk)
  • 2 – 3 tsp instant coffee crystals
  • 1 package Devil’s Food Chocolate Pudding Mix (4 serving size package)
  • 1/2 cup Cool-Whip (or any whipped topping)
  • Chocolate chips for garnish

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine milk and instant coffee. Let stand for about 5 minutes to let crystals dissolve.
  • Stir in pudding mix and Cool-Whip. Beat with an electric mixer on low or whisk until combined.
  • Beat on high (or whisk rapidly) until fluffy. This will take 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Spoon chocolate mousse and strawberries into parfait glasses, alternating layers.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Chill until serving time!
